ACEFIR is the Catalan Association for Education, Training and Research. It is an association founded in 1997 as a result of the work at European and international level of the founders.

Its main objectives are:

  • ACEFIR works to make learning possible in adulthood. We help you learn what a person wants and teach what they know.
  • We help newcomers become integrated people in our city and our counties (literacy program https://sites.google.com/site/talcgi/home).
  • We help people learn what interests them, not what they are offered (study circle program http://cerclesestudieixample.blogspot.com/).
  • We help people who want to become teachers or collaborators in adult education (teacher training program http://ivjornadeseuropeesacefir.blogspot.com/).
  • We help people, associations,… who want to be present and collaborate at European and international level in the field of training of young people and adults (EAEA www.eaea.org, EBSN http://basicskills.eu, EVSW https://ec.europa.eu/social/vocational-skills-week/european-vocational-skills-week, CONFINTEA https://uil.unesco.org/adult-education).
